Guidance for Retrieving Vehicle Registration Certificate (BPKB)

The retrieval of the BPKB can be done after the full settlement of funds or the last installment is effectively received in the BNI Finance account.

Individual Debtors

  • Individuals without Power of Attorney :
    Original valid E-ID/Identity Card Creation Certificate (Surat Keterangan PembuatanKTP) of the debtor.

  • Individuals with Power of Attorney :

    1. Stamped Power of Attorney worth Rp10,000, signed by the debtor as the grantor and the recipient.

    2. Debtor Original valid E-ID/Identity Card Creation Certificate (Surat Keterangan Pembuatan KTP) of the debtor.

    3. Attorney-in-Fact Original valid E-ID/Identity Card Creation Certificate (Surat Keterangan Pembuatan KTP) of the recipient.
      The BPKB BNI Finance PIC will confirm with the Debtor via telephone regarding the retrieval of BPKB.

  • Deceased Individual Debtors :

    1. Original Letter of Heirship/Heirship Deed.

    2. Original valid E-ID/Identity Card Creation Certificate (Surat Keterangan PembuatanKTP) of the heir (minimum 21 years old or married).

    3. Original Death Certificate or Certificate of Death.

    4. Stamped Power of Attorney worth Rp10,000, signed by all heirs listed on the heirship letter/heirship deed as the grantor and the recipient (if the heir is unable to attend).

    5. Original valid E-ID/Identity Card Creation Certificate (Surat Keterangan PembuatanKTP) of the recipient.
      The BPKB BNI Finance PIC will confirm with the heirs regarding the retrieval of BPKB. 
       

Corporate Debtors

  • Corporations without Power of Attorney :

    1. Latest corporate deed containing the composition and duties as well as the authority of the Board of Directors.

    2. Original valid E-ID/Identity Card Creation Certificate (Surat Keterangan PembuatanKTP) of authorized officials according to the deed, which is still valid.

    3. Corporate stamp.
      The BPKB BNI Finance PIC will confirm with the company office (HR or Finance department) regarding the composition of the corporate management.

  • Corporations with Power of Attorney :

    1. Power of Attorney on letterhead paper of the corporation worth Rp10,000, signed by authorized officials according to the deed and stamped by the corporation as the grantor and the recipient.

    2. Original valid E-ID/Identity Card Creation Certificate (Surat Keterangan PembuatanKTP)/Passport of the grantor and the recipient, still valid.

    3. Latest corporate deed containing the composition, duties, and authority of the Board of Directors.

    4. Corporate stamp.
      The BPKB BNI Finance PIC will confirm with the company office (HR or Finance department) regarding the composition of the corporate management.
       

BPKB Storage Fee

Retrieval of BPKB more than 15 days after the completion of installment will incur a BPKB storage fee of Rp2,500 per Calendar Day.
