Kick-Off of Cultural Transformation for the 43rd Anniversary of BNI finance: Strong Culture, Precise Improvement, Healthy BNI finance

The event carried the theme “Strong Culture, Precise Improvement, Healthy BNI finance” as a message to all stakeholders that BNI finance, over time, is consistently committed to delivering its best by strengthening the foundation of its corporate culture while continuously pursuing improvements and innovations across all aspects and services, ensuring the company remains resilient amid economic uncertainty.

The event was attended by BNI finance Management, including Mr. Hari Satriyono and Ms. Ita Tetralastwati as the Board of Commissioners, Mr. Yenanto Siem as President Director, Ms. Legendariah as Director of IT, Finance & Operations, Mr. Muhammad Jufri as SEVP Risk Management, Mr. Rigobertus Hariandja as SEVP Collection & Litigation, as well as Ms. Hilma Ilfiyanti as Department Head of Subsidiaries Management Division, along with representatives from the BNI parent company.

In addition to the anniversary celebration, this moment also marked the introduction and launch of BNI finance’s new cultural identity to all employees, namely the MARGA BUDAYA KERJA: 4 Nilai and 6 Karsa:

4 Nilai: Profesionalisme, Integritas, Orientasi Pelanggan, Penyempurnaan Tiada Henti.

6 Karsa: Satya, Daya, Rasa, Mahira, Tumbuh, Jaya 

The Cultural Transformation was presented by Mr. Muhammad Jufri (SEVP Risk Management BNIF), followed by a ceremonial simultaneous use of lanyards as a representation of the cultural transformation and the implementation of core corporate values embedded in all employees and management of BNI finance, aiming to strengthen unity and harmony in upholding commitments across all levels of the organization.

The event was further enlivened with an Online Quiz and the announcement of a Video Reels (Instagram) contest participated in by all BNI finance employees at both the Head Office and Branches.
