Internal Audit Charter
The Internal Audit Charter ("Internal Audit Charter") is a formal document that acknowledges the existence and commitment of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to the functioning of an internal audit unit within an organization or legal entity.
The Internal Audit Charter is prepared based on Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 56 I POJK.04/2015 concerning the Establishment and Guidelines for Preparation of Internal Audit Charters dated December 29, 2015, POJK on Integrated Governance and Guidelines for Preparation of Internal Audit Charters, and standards from The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). This Internal Audit Charter has been established by the Board of Directors and approved by the Board of Commissioners of PT. BNI Multifinance to serve as the foundation for the existence and execution of the responsibilities of internal auditors at PT. BNI Multifinance. It will be socialized to ensure awareness among employees and relevant parties, fostering mutual understanding and cooperation towards achieving the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of PT. BNI Multifinance.
