BNI Multifinance encourages participation from all parties, both internal stakeholders of BNI Multifinance and external parties, to utilize the reporting channels for suspected violations within BNI Multifinance through the Whistleblowing System (WBS).

WBS serves as a platform for reporting, managing, and following up on reports regarding alleged violations committed by internal stakeholders of BNI Multifinance.

Reporting Criteria

The report you submit will be followed up if it meets the following criteria:

1. What: Actions indicating a known violation.
2. Who: Individuals responsible/involved in the actions.
3. Where: Location where the actions occurred.
4. When: Timeframe when the actions took place.
5. How: Method through which the actions were carried out.
6. Evidence: : Initial evidence (data, documents, images, or recordings) supporting the report (if available).

To facilitate and expedite the follow-up process, reports should include at least the following information:

1. Reporter's identity (anonymous reporting is permitted).
2. Description of the violation.
3. Alleged parties involved and their units (if applicable).
4. Location and time of the incident.
5. Supporting documents and other evidence (if available).

BNI Multifinance will protect the confidentiality of well-intentioned reporters, reports, and all other data related to reports received through the WBS, and will provide protection to reporters from any form of threat, intimidation, punishment, or unpleasant actions from any party.
