By the grace and blessing of Almighty God, PT BNI Multifinance has been able to grow to its current state and will continue to enhance its performance.
It is undeniable that the progress of the Company can only occur when each individual within it actively supports the Company's performance through positive actions aligned with its values.
Therefore, PT BNI Multifinance deems it necessary to publish a Code of Ethics as a guide for employees in their behaviour and actions in everyday office situations. All ethics codes contained in this book serve as the foundation for ethical attitudes and actions expected of all PT BNI Multifinance employees, which must be upheld and implemented.
Actions that deviate from ethics are considered to tarnish the reputation and integrity of PT BNI Multifinance, thus serving as grounds for disciplinary measures, including potential termination of employment. It is hoped that this Code of Ethics is understood, internalized, and practiced by every employee for the collective interest and for the reputation, integrity, and progress of PT BNI Multifinance.
