Good Corporate Governance

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at PT BNI Multifinance directs and controls the company to achieve a balance between the company's strengths and authorities in fulfilling its responsibilities to shareholders particularly, and stakeholders in general.

As per the purpose and objectives of implementing GCG principles based on Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 30/POJK.05/2014 concerning Good Corporate Governance for Financing Companies and POJK No. 29/POJK.05/2020 amending POJK No. 30/POJK.05/2014 concerning Good Corporate Governance for Financing Companies, PT BNI Multifinance (hereinafter referred to as BNIF) considers it crucial to develop GCG that can be consistently applied across all lines and aspects of BNIF's business management as the operational foundation standard, thereby optimizing and enhancing all values held by stakeholders and fostering beneficial relationships. These GCG guidelines are formulated as a reference for shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners' Supporting Committees, and other stakeholders in their interactions with BNIF.

Application of Governance Principles

Good corporate governance adheres to 5 (five) fundamental principles: Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, and Fairness

  • Fairness promotes justice and equality in fulfilling the rights of stakeholders arising from agreements and legal regulations.

The entire management and employees of PT. BNI Multifinance have demonstrated their commitment to implementing Corporate Governance through the signing of integrity pacts based on the Corporate Governance Guidelines applied across all levels of the organization and operational activities of the Company.
