BNI finance Holds Risk Management Training and Performance Improvement Workshop

Jakarta, July 16, 2025 – In an effort to strengthen its risk culture and enhance overall organizational performance, BNI finance held a Risk Management Training & Performance Improvement Workshop with the theme “Achieving Sustainable Growth Through Optimal Risk Management” on July 15–16, 2025, at The Grove Suites, South Jakarta.

This event was part of the company’s initiative to increase risk awareness and provide a comprehensive understanding of risk management within the financing industry. The event was officially opened by BNI finance’s Board of Directors and SEVP, and was attended by Division Heads and Regional Heads from various regions.

During the risk management training, participants were equipped with in-depth knowledge on the practical implementation of risk management, strategies to improve asset quality, and solutions to various challenges faced in their respective regions. In addition, participants were encouraged to understand the importance of identifying potential risks early and developing effective mitigation strategies.

An external trainer served as the speaker, providing professional and practical perspectives to strengthen the implementation of risk management in the field.

The event also featured a sharing session, serving as an open forum for discussing challenges and presenting strategic initiatives aimed at boosting booking sales and optimizing performance across regions.

Through this training and workshop, BNI finance reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth through strong risk governance, relevant strategies, and solid collaboration at all levels of the organization.
