Celebrating BNI Culture Fest 2024, BNI finance supports Transformation and Employee Wellbeing Program

Jakarta, November 14, 2024 - As part of the direction of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (KBUMN), BNI continues to strengthen AKHLAK as the core values of BUMN in the five-year journey of AKHLAK. In an effort to build a more optimal performance-based work culture, BNI shows its commitment to improving employee welfare. This commitment was realized through the organization of BNI Culture Fest 2024, with one of the agendas introducing various Employee Wellbeing Programs. This event was held at Menara BNI Pejompongan, Jakarta.

The launched Employee Wellbeing Program includes:

  1. Naluri, Employee Assistance Program 2.0, a digital consultation service that supports employees' mental, physical, and financial health.
  2. BNI Little Explorers, an exclusive daycare facility for children of BNI employees.
  3. 46 Society, a forum for collaboration and creativity of BNI employees.
  4. DKMP, Retirement Health Fund.

In addition to launching the program, this event also became the momentum for the launch of the BNI Transformation Book, the Best Culture award, and the presence of various interactive booths in the BNI head office area. This event was made even more special by the presence of Deputy Minister of SOEs, Mr. Aminuddin Ma'ruf; President Director of BNI, Mr. Royke Tumilaar; and Director of Human Capital and Compliance BNI, Mr. Mucharom. In addition, the event was also attended by Mr. Yenanto Siem as President Director of BNI finance and Ms. Legendariah as Director of Finance, IT and Operations of BNI finance.

This event is a tangible manifestation of BNI's transformation which not only focuses on improving employee well-being, but also institutional relevance in the midst of changes in the digital era. Through various innovative programs introduced in BNI Culture Fest 2024, BNI shows its commitment to continue to provide modern services and support the needs of employees and customers as a whole.

As part of this transformation, BNI also carries out Channel Transformation to create more modern service governance, supported by the latest technology such as DigiCS, biometric verification, and increasing the role of frontliners in providing financial advisory.

However, BNI's transformation does not stop at internal development. This transformation also includes subsidiaries, including BNI finance, which is actively updating its business segments and operational models. This step aims to ensure BNI finance remains relevant to the evolving needs and demands of the market, while strengthening its position as an integral part of BNI's innovative and adaptive ecosystem.
